We named our dispenser "ResiTwin" which originate from "two" and "regin". We aim to provide products which are optimized for the customers' requests.

Dispenser Division offers fully automated dispensing system for "two part of regin" such as epoxy, urethane, silicone, acryl and so on. There are various applications which can be found in everywhere. The followings are typical applications: "molding" for electronic/electric devices, "glueing" for sporting goods, "sealing" for housing parts, "isolating" for circuitries of automobiles/other vehicles, etc.

It features separate circulation line which can make possible to dispense very stable and high accuracy with no time lag.

Circulation pumps are driven separately. It means that the pump rotation speed can be changed easily with no influence of the other. The settings are programmable that is possible to correspond to small lots of various products.
In plunger way, it is a labor to change its piston stroke mechanically.

There are no concern to break composition and to separate condition of regin even filler material included. Also it provides homoginized temperature of materials.
Generally, gravity of regin with filler is heavier than that of non filler included. Therefore segregation is easily occured without circulation of materials. Without circulation function, it is not avoidable deterioration of quality if non homoginized regin mixed.
